The Monitoring of Changes in ATM/ANS Part 1 course builds on the knowledge provided by the Management and Oversight of Changes in ATM/ANS course [SAF-CHG-INTRO] or Management and Oversight of Changes: First Steps [SAF-CHG-FS]. The course covers all aspects of the safety monitoring of changes in operations. It addresses questions relating to:
- the maintenance/updating of safety cases and/or safety support cases;
- the follow-up of system behaviour/specifications and safety support requirements during operations for non-ATSPs;
- the follow-up of safety criteria (objectives) and safety requirements during operations for ATSPs;
- and the migration/move to a unit safety dashboard/case.
The course is consistent with Regulation No. 2017/373 (laying down common requirements for service and the oversight in air traffic management/air navigation services and other air traffic management network functions) and its relevant Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM).
