Regional airport serving Unalaska, Alaska which is located on Unalaska Island and neighboring Amaknak Island in the Aleutian Island chain.

Climatology

Subpolar oceanic climate(Köppen climate classification Cfc) - moderate and fairly uniform temperatures and heavy rainfall. Fog is often present even when it is not raining. Summer weather is around 5 °F (2.8 °C) cooler than Southeast Alaska (Sitka), but the winter temperatures are nearly the same.
