Chelsea Kramer, PhD is a Human Factors Specialist at NAV CANADA. Chelsea started her HF path researching shared situation awareness in healthcare teams, followed by 8 years of HF consulting for the aerospace and defence industry. She joined NAV CANADA in 2017 under Safety and Quality and now carries out Human Factors in ATS Systems Integration.
