Catherine Dulude is Human Factors Specialist at NAV CANADA. Catherine started her career in aviation safety management and nuclear emergency response before moving into healthcare. After 12 years as an embedded Human Factors Specialist at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Catherine joined the Human Factors team at NAV CANADA in 2023.
