This report for Oil & Gas UK is an update of the document originally published by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in 2003 and last updated by Oil & Gas UK in 2007. The original work which was supported by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) was commissioned in order to produce a safety record of United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS) offshore helicopter operations and to make comparisons with various other modes of transport.
