The objectives of the study are to perform an analysis of TCAS II version 7.0 performance in European airspace, both from an operational standpoint and from a safety standpoint. The study has been conducted using radar and Resolution Advisory (RA) downlink data collected in three major European TMAs over three months during the 2007-2008 winter period.
