The Systemic Potentials Management: Building a Basis for Resilient Performance
The Systemic Potentials Management (SPM) is tool for managing how well an organisation performs and how changes are implemented. The SPM uses four sets of questions – called foreground questions – to assess the changes in as a means to manage the change. In contrast
to the background questions, the foreground questions should be used repeatedly throughout the project. The systemic potentials effectively describe or define what an organisation ought to do – the performance criteria – and answers to the questions (the potential performance
profile) – consequently represents how well these criteria have been achieved.
