This document was prepared by the Safety Regulation Commission. It was developed, validated and completed by the SRC Expert Panel in charge of assessing the extent to which the EATM ‘Air Navigation Safety Assessment Methodology, (SAF.ET1.ST03.1000- MAN-01) (FHA) Edition 2.0, dated April 2004 complies with ESARR 4, Edition 1.0. This document compiles the outcome of the SRCs assessment. It is intended to be used as a decision-making tool for the SRC to develop its own judgement on the acceptability of the EATM methodology as one means of compliance with ESARR 4.
