This document has been prepared by the Safety Regulation Commission. It has been validated and completed by the SRC Expert Panel in charge of assessing to which extent the “EATMP Safety Policy (SAF.ET.ST01.1000-POL-01-00, Edition 1.1, August 1999) implemented in accordance with its related “EATMP Safety Policy Implementation Guidance Material (SAF. ET1.ST01.1000-GUI-01-00, Edition 1.2, August 1999) complies with ESARR 3 “Use of Safety Management Systems by ATM Service Providers, Edition 1.0. This document compiles the outcome of this SRC assessment to form a view on the acceptability of the EATMP Safety Policy. It is intended to be used, as a decision making tool for the SRC to develop its own judgement on the acceptability of the EATMP Safety Policy and its Implementation Guidance Material as one Means Of Compliance with ESARR 3.
