Safety Behaviours: Human Factors for Engineers has been developed to provide a stronger focus on the needs of the Australian maintenance industry, and although it is designed with aircraft maintenance engineers and small to medium-sized aviation maintenance organisations (AMOs) in mind, larger organisations may also find it a useful supplement to existing human factors programmes.
