This document presents a structured argument for why P-RNAV has been safely specified. It is based heavily on the recently updated P-RNAV safety assessment (FHA/ PSSA). It is expected that local safety cases will make use of this document and expand it to cover the implementation, transition and operational lifecycle phases.
