In order to provide the needed additional time to resolve the technical issues and shortcomings in the performance of the deployed DLS infrastructure causing unacceptable levels of “Provider Aborts” that may endanger the safety of ATC provision, the EC adopted a new IR (EU) No 310/2015 amending certain timeframes provided for in Regulation (EC) No 29/2009.
