This Regulation sets up nine joint undertakings within the meaning of Article 187 of the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union for the implementation of institutionalised European partnerships referred to in Article 10(1), point (c), of the Horizon Europe Regulation. It determines their objectives and tasks, membership, organisation and other operating rules.
