Promoting and supporting diversity in the workplace is an important aspect of good people management - it’s about valuing everyone in an organisation as an individual and therefore it’s vital to have an inclusive environment where everyone feels able to participate and achieve their potential. The ATM sector has a strong case to develop a network approach to increase Inclusion and Diversity to increase sustainability, improve safety and to ensure sufficient qualified staff for aviation in the future.
