This report has been developed among a series dealing with how human errors in Air Traffic Management (ATM) can be analysed and evaluated to improve safety and efficiency in European ATM operations. The purpose of this work is to develop an approach and methodology to predict human errors in Air Traffic Control (ATC) environment.
