This document sets out the guidance for producing a Human Factors Case, a comprehensive and integrated approach to ensure that the design and implementation of technical, human and/or procedural ATM system can deliver the desired performance improvements. The Human Factors Case, intended as a summative document, highlights the key issues and referencing studies that have been performed to assess these issues.
