The EPAS, a key component of the European Aviation Safety Programme, provides a coherent and transparent framework for safety management at regional and State level. It includes the complete set of EASA rulemaking tasks and is consistent with the goals and objectives of the ICAO Global Aviation Safety Plan (GASP). This edition proposes a new vision to ‘achieve constant safety improvement within a growing aviation industry.
