This document represents the unofficial translation of the Dutch instructions with regard to criminal investigation and prosecution in the event of the reporting of occurrences in civil aviation, based on Directive 2003/42/EC, whose aim was to contribute to improving air traffic safety by ensuring that all safety-relevant information is reported, collated, stored, protected and disseminated.
