This guideline document facilitates and supports the implementation of a Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) programme. It proposes the steps to be followed during the whole process through the phases of definition, planning, implementation and supervision of the programme. This document is a revision of an earlier EUROCONTROL publication, Critical Incident Stress Management: User Implementation Guidelines' (2005).
