This Regulation amends the common requirements for the provision of air navigation services established in Annexes II to V of the Regulation 2096/2005. The amendment requires that the working methods and operating procedures of the air navigation service providers comply with the relevant ICAO standards estbalished in the Annexes to the Chicago Convention.
