This booklet is aimed at promoting thought about emergencies, to outline some considerations and, perhaps, dispel some myths. It is hoped that the information contained in the booklet will be of value to controllers undertaking TRUCE (Training for Unusual Circumstances and Emergencies) and may form the basis of discussion exercises.
