The purpose of this publication is to describe the CAA Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR) Scheme and to provide guidance to those who, by the associated legislation, are involved in its operation. CAP 382 has been amended to incorporate the requirements of Article 142 of the ANO 2005. This Article is the incorporation of the requirements of EC Directive 2003/42/EC of 13 June 2003 on occurrence reporting in civil aviation into UK law.
