This document enables the creation of an Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) initial training compliant with the European Air Traffic Management Programme (EATMP) Common Core Content. It provides an example of a training programme of 443 periods corresponding to the approach surveillance training with Radar and Terminal Area (TMA) endorsements. It includes description of a training area, simulation test and the training procedures.
