Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2160 of 20 November 2017 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1079/2012 as regards certain references to ICAO provisions - text published in the Official Journal of the European Union

Objective

To amend Regulation 1079/2012 by updating references to International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) provisions.

Summary

A number of provisions in the ICAO Doc 4444 - PANS-ATM were amended since the adoption of Regulation 1079/2012. To reflect these changes, the Annex II to the Regulation was ammended.

Entry Into Force

This Regulation entered into force in December 2017.
