EUROCONTROL commissioned NLR with an analysis of a representative sample of airspace infringement occurrence reports. The aim of the study was to identify airspace infringement causal factors in sufficient detail and thus support the establishment of safety improvement strategies and identification of relevant risk mitigation measures.
