Description

Pune International Airport is located approximately 10 km north east of Pune in the state of Maharashtra, India. The airport, operated by the Airports Authority of India, shares its runway with Lohegaon Air Base.

Climatology

Tropical Savanna climate (Köppen climate classification Aw) - monthly mean temperatures above 18°C, and a pronounced dry season. A Tropical Savanna climate has more pronounced dry seasons than a Tropical Monsoon climate.
